This website is operated by CGMG Collectibles and is powered by Shopify. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies linked at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Products and Listings

CGMG Collectibles sells a changing selection of collectibles, vintage goods, pre-owned merchandise, storage-unit finds, electronics, apparel, toys, and other one-of-a-kind items. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Photographs form part of each listing and should be reviewed carefully, especially for pre-owned, vintage, graded, open-box, incomplete, or as-is merchandise. Colors and appearance can vary by display.

Many products are single-quantity items. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it. We may limit quantities, correct listing errors, or cancel and refund an order when inventory is unavailable, a price or description is materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or fraud is suspected.

Orders and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders are not accepted until payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are processed by Shopify or the applicable payment provider.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are incorporated into these terms. Review them before ordering. Risk associated with a returned item remains with the sender until the return is delivered to us.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with the site’s operation; attempt unauthorized access; submit malicious code; scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service; or misuse product content, trademarks, or images.

Third-Party Services

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. CGMG Collectibles is not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.

Disclaimer and Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a product listing or required by law. CGMG Collectibles is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on the site. The version in effect when an order is placed will govern that order.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which CGMG Collectibles provides products or services are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
