Order Processing
Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods or when an order requires additional review.
Shipping Area
At launch, CGMG Collectibles ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates
Cards & Small Collectibles: Standard Shipping $5.99; Express Shipping $12.99; free Standard Shipping on qualifying profile orders of $70 or more.
Standard Merchandise: Shipping is calculated at checkout using available USPS, UPS, or FedEx services. Carrier-calculated rates include a $1 handling fee.
Books & Recorded Media — Media Mail Eligible: Eligible items offer USPS Media Mail, Ground Advantage, or Priority Mail when available for the destination. Rates are calculated at checkout and include a $1 handling fee. Media Mail is available only for qualifying media; toys, trading cards, clothing, and video games do not qualify.
Fragile, Bulky & High-Value: Insured Ground Shipping $14.99; Expedited Shipping $24.99. Free shipping is not available for this profile.
When an order contains products from more than one shipping profile, Shopify may combine the applicable rates at checkout. The final shipping charge is displayed before payment.
Tracking and Delivery
Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after processing and are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, address problems, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Damage, Loss, or Missing Packages
Contact sales@cgmgcollectibles.com promptly with your order number if a package arrives damaged or appears lost. Preserve the item, packaging, shipping label, and all packing materials while the issue is reviewed.
