Refund policy

At CGMG Collectibles, every item is a unique find. We describe and photograph each piece carefully so you know exactly what you're getting.

Returns You can return an item within 14 Days of delivery. To be eligible, it must come back in the same condition you received it, with any original packaging or accessories.

Restocking fee Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, taken out of your refund. We waive this fee if the item arrived damaged or doesn't match its listing.

Return shipping The buyer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or doesn't match its listing. We recommend a tracked shipping method, because we can't refund items lost on the way back to us.

Damaged or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged or isn't what was described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right with a full refund, including shipping, and no restocking fee.

Non-returnable items Items marked "Final Sale" can't be returned.

How to start a return Email us at sales@cgmgcolectibles.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee if it applies. Refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
